سکه‌های پیش فروش شده بانک ملی ارزان‌تر از قیمت بازار است

در پی افزایش شدید قیمت سکه و طلا و در نیمه دوم سال گذشته، بانک ملی اعلام کرد که سکه‌های پیش فروش شده را به قیمت بازار از مشتریان می‌خرد، اما به تازگی بانک به مشتری‌ها اعلام کرده که سکه‌ها را ۷۰ هزارتومان ارزان‌تر از قیمت بازار خریداری می‌کند.

براساس گزارش‌های منتشر شده در ایران، بانک مرکزی در روش جدیدی علاوه بر ارائه اوراق بهادار و اوراق سپرده به جای سکه نقد پیشنها کرده که مشتریان سکه‌های خود را به قیمت بازار در بانک ملی بفروشند و سود این اوراق ۲۴ درصد است.

درحالیکه روز گذشته سکه در بازار بیش از ۷۰۰ هزارتومان خرید و فروش می‌شد اما قیمت خرید سکه در بانک ملی ۶۳۶ هزارتومان تعیین شده بود.

بهای سکه طلا و ارز در بازار داخلی ایران در سال گذشته به رکوردهای جدیدی رسید و پیش‌فروش سکه طلا از جمله سیاست‌هایی بود که مسئولان و دست اندرکاران امور اقتصادی ایران برای مقابله با رشد شدید قیمت‌ها در پیش گرفتند، هر چند موعد تحویل سکه‌های پیش‌فروش شده به تدریج افزایش یافت و از چهار ماه پس از پیش‌فروش آنها، به شش ماه و سپس به ۹ ماه رسید.

عباس کمره‌ای، مدیرکل ریالی و نشر بانک مرکزی ایران در بهمن ماه اعلام کرد که تصمیم‌گیری درباره نحوه پیش‌فروش سکه به صورت هفتگی و بعد از بررسی وضعیت انجام می‌شود.

مدیرکل ریالی و نشر بانک مرکزی ایران گفته است که تغییر موعد تحویل سکه، عامل کاهش شدید تقاضای خرید سکه بوده است و نوسانات بازار سکه به حداقل رسیده است.

بعد از بحران یک ماهه در بازار ارز و طلا، بانک مرکزی ایران از بهمن‌ماه سال گذشته برنامه تک نرخی ارز را که چند ماه پیش کنار گذاشته بود، دوباره به اجرا گذاشت.

بعد از اعلام این برنامه تازه و افزایش نرخ سود سپرده های بانکی از حدود ۱۲ درصد به ۲۱ درصد، از التهاب بازار ارز کاسته شد. پیش از اجرای این برنامه تازه، قیمت هر دلار نزدیک به دو هزار و ۱۰۰ تومان، یورو دو هزار و ۶۰۰ تومان و پوند سه هزار و ۲۰۰ تومان افزایش پید کرده بود.

در ایران خرید سکه نوعی سرمایه گذاری مطمئن تلقی می شود که ریسک چندانی هم متوجه آن نیست و معمولا خریداران به این دلیل پول های خود را تبدیل به سکه می کنند که اگر از خرید سکه سود نکنند، زیان نمی برند.

قیمت هر قطعه سکه در اول انقلاب ایران یعنی سال ۱۳۵۷ خورشیدی، ۴۲۰ تومان بوده و این روند در پایان جنگ هشت ساله به کمتر از ۱۰ هزار تومان رسید.

در زمان دولت اکبر هاشمی رفسنجانی قیمت سکه به بیشتر از ۳۸ هزار تومان رسید و در دولت محمد خاتمی این رقم دو برابر شد. در دو سال پایانی دولت اصلاحات هر سکه به قیمت ۱۲۲ هزار تومان معامله می شد.

اکنون نیز قیمت هر قطعه سکه طلا به کمتر از ۷۰۰ هزار تومان رسیده است.
